IS-Quality Control
This is a Mobile App, developed entirely in the company R & D department, which, using NFC technology, allows all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks performed by technicians to be recorded. It allows real-time management of the state of installation and generation of quality reports.

UVA protection
In the plastic injection of our products, we incorporate sun protection to help prevent aging of equipment installed near a window which is subject to the sun's rays, ensuring that the product remains in the same aesthetic conditions throughout its service life.

Biodegradable test area
ISERN's concern for the environment has led it to use biodegradable materials in manufacturing its microchip cards. Under the framework of the ISO 14001:2004 standard on the environment, ISERN sets itself the requirement of checking this property. Therefore, it has created an area to test the biodegradability of the cards in various natural environments.

1:1 Test area
ISERN has a 1:1 test area, to test full-scale products. This fact helps our decision-making, in terms of volume, performance and design of our manufactured products.

Usability test area
This is used to test the usability and functionality of the solutions developed for each client of the Alexia software, as well as to check the hardware that it must be run on in each hospital. Any new product is also tested in this area before it is launched, following the ISO 9001 quality protocols, which form part of the company's Integrated Management System.
