If you have any problem with the operation of the entertainment and connectivity services, you can call the Technical Assistance Service that ISERN Medical offers within the hospital.

• You will find contact information, specific to your hospital, on the remote control holder and on the TV itself.
• Telephone service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Outside these hours, we will record your incident to resolve it as soon as the service is available.
